the holiday plan. i hope i don’t run in to these cats along the way.

• advent in wales. cardiff, castles, and camping (snowdonia national park).

• christmas in ireland. the liffey, market shopping, and saying my confessions (in the name of the father, the son, and the holy toast). 

• hogmanay (new years) in edinburgh. fireworks, fairs behind churches, and awkward people: pointing, laughing, and having one hell of a time.
